about Me

Hi, I'm Rebecca

Efficiency creates opportunity

The time and money saving benefits of digital solutions like AI, automation and productivity tech shouldn’t be reserved for those with the budget to hire a developer.

My solutions are designed to fully solve real productivity challenges facing most small business owners

I believe in straightforward solutions that are easy to use; serve their intended purpose and don’t come with tonnes of unnecessary admin.

Being efficient isn’t a luxury, it’s necessary to compete while maintaining a reasonable work life balance.

I come with over 15 years Business Operations experience, having worked in corporate London up to Operations Director and as an Independent Business Operations Advisor and Outsource COO.

I know process, I know data, I know systems, I know people.

It's People that matter

I believe that systems should be there to enable and empower the people not the other way around. I spent most of my career managing teams from below, within and above. I know any system is useless if it doesn’t work for the people.

Throughout my career I have seen and solved operational problems across an array of industries and settings. I’ve transformed corporate teams and transitioned growth firms into exit ready scale-ups. I’ve enabled start-ups to standardise and scale and helped declining businesses get back on track.

Automation and process digitisation is what has the biggest impact on business efficiency and ease. I have loved Excel from an early age so over the years my curiosity has led me to understand more and more of the tech available for automation.

If you are looking for someone to partner with you and with the experience to advice on the best course of action for your operations and build the system to fit you rather than build the system and ask you to change, I’m your lady.

My passion is crafting the best path to success and empowering people to walk along it. I think strategically and translate into details; I’m innovative and action orientated.
